Biography:
Bill has over 20 years of experience litigating insurance claims, with an emphasis on personal injury and insurance coverage issues. Bill’s cases are varied, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability, wrongful death actions, nursing home malpractice, and commercial claims.
Bill has been Certified by
the Supreme Court of New Jersey
as a Civil Trial Attorney.
Bill was part of the plaintiffs’ litigation team on the Tropicana Garage Collapse case, concentrating on insurance coverage, with the case settling for over $101 million, believed to be the largest settlement of a construction disaster in U.S. history.
Bill participates in the Gloucester County Bar Association’s Civil Practice Committee, Bench-Bar Committee, and Professionalism Committee. Bill has appeared on the television program, The People’s Law Forum, has been a seminar lecturer, as well as a judge in local high school Mock Trial competitions. He is the Vice-President of the Gloucester Catholic High School Alumni Association.

Biography:
Marian has more than 15 years of
experience in the areas of auto
negligence, premises liability, medical
malpractice and appellate practice. Her
published decisions are in personal
injury cases, where she represented the
plaintiff.
Marian is the Chairperson of the Gloucester County Bar Association’s
Professionalism Committee. She is also a
member of the Bar Association’s Civil
Practice Committee, Bench-Bar Committee,
and Women-in-Law Committee.
Marian has served as a panelist on the television program, The People’s
Law Forum, speaking about auto accident
claims. She has been a lecturer in many
Gloucester County Bar Association
Continuing Legal Education seminars. She
has also been a judge in local and state
DECA competitions and local Mock Trial
competitions for New Jersey high school
students.
